The meds provided got extra side effects which got me feel why did I even visit on the first place .

They charged double in terms for follow up consultation after 7 days. And the receptionist was very rude and didn’t adhere to any requests. The doctor also misguided to come AFTER 7 days. We went after 7 days they told its incisive of the day of visit. But doc never mentioned this and got another consultation fees. As a customer felt very disappointed . There is no feeling for service. It’s transactional and even if you treat it as transactional atleast focus on customer service. ******** ******** ******* *** **** *** *** ******** ******** *****

The doctor was attentive and listened to the problem with patience. He enquired about earlier visits, medication, health issues* ****** **** **** ************* *** ********** ********* ********** The doctor is good, but the clinic ( Apollo ) is in a very bad shape. Waiting time was more than an hour, there was no token system, with people rushing in before their turn. Had to wait outside the door for half an hour before I got my chance. There was no nursing staff visibile to manage the queue.

Fantabulous , doctor was great in explaining . Doctor could have shared his number for further queries as I was from a far off place.

I went for throat related issues…. All tensed and anxious….. he was very patient and attentive to my concerns and did the necessary checkups…. Kept me comfortable and relaxed throughout the checkup…. Would highly recommend him if you want a detailed checkup for ENT…… especially if you want someone to listen to your concerns keenly and gives the apt treatments….. 👍👍👍

Doc was good. But the wait time was more than an hour. What's the benefit of taking an appointment when you can't attend the patient at that time. Also, there is no staff to guide who goes next. They expect you to count the patients waiting on your own and go accordingly. Which created a confusion in our case and someone lied and went before us. Average cleaning in the clinic. Pathetic service by the staff but the Doc was good.

Doctor is very friendly. he will listen to the problem.and given a few syrups for my 3 year old kid. ear pain got reduced within half a day. thanks for your efforts on sunday hospitality. on sunday there was not even a single ENT specialist near Whitefield. Through practo I have booked this apollo clinic and done the treatment.the only thing that needs to be improved is that the waiting time in reception is 40mins.
